Adult Gymnastics

This class is for anyone who is 18+ years of age and is interested in gymnastics. Calgary Gymnastics Centre Adult Gymnastics is suitable for EVERYONE – even if you have never been in a gym before!! You could be a beginner, a former athlete, a parent of an athlete, or someone looking to explore the world of gymnastics for fitness and fun!! These classes consist of a structured warm-up and stretch, instruction on a variety of gymnastics skills and an optional conditioning circuit.

PLEASE NOTE:

• FLEX PASSES must be purchased in advance online with a credit card.
• Calgary Gymnastics Centre may request proof of age via photo identification. Any registered participant under the age of 18 will be removed from the program without refund.
