Acro Skills For Dance

During these 1 hour classes, athletes will have the opportunity to learn, practice,  and perfect specific skills.

This is a great workshop for aspiring gymnasts and dancers that are interested in learning acro skills. During this 3-hour workshop, athletes will have the opportunity to work with our experienced coaches who will assist them in learning, practicing and perfecting acro skills. We offer a large gym space and access to a variety of equipment that allows us to help each individual athlete achieve their goals.
