WINTER BREAK PROGRAMS

Finish any last-minute holiday prep while your kids have a blast doing gymnastics with their favorite coaches. Check out the morning, afternoon, and evening options we are offering this winter!

Gymnastics can continue right through the winter break, and our winter programs are a great way to stay active and learn new skills. Whether you are new to gymnastics or have taken classes before, these activities could be a great fit for you.

Winter Camps

Come join us for some gymnastics fun over the holiday break! We offer morning, afternoon, and full day options. Kids will have the opportunity to work with our fantastic coaches to learn, practice, and perfect their gymnastics skills on a variety of equipment. Participants will also get to make a holiday craft and enjoy a snack time with their new friends.

Please bring a drink and a NUT free snack for half day options.

All coaches are trained through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).

Drop & Shop

Come join us for a fun, energy-packed evening during our Drop & Shop programs! Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice gymnastics skills on a variety of equipment, make a festive craft, and enjoy a snack break with our fantastic coaches.

Please bring a drink and a NUT free snack.

Acro Skills for Dance Workshops

Acro Skills for Dance workshops are designed for aspiring gymnasts and dancers who are interested in learning acro skills.  During these workshops, athletes will have the opportunity to work with our experienced coaches, who will assist athletes in learning, practicing and perfecting the skills they are working towards.  Coaches will use progressions and drills for acquiring the flexibility, strength and coordination required for acro skills.  We offer a large gym space and access to a variety of equipment, which will allow us to cater to individual learning styles and help each athlete achieve their goals.
