CanGym

Teaching the FUNdamentals of Artistic Gymnastics 

CanGym is an artistic gymnastics program for recreational athletes who will learn fundamental skills on equipment such as uneven bars, balance beam, floor, vault, parallel bars, high bars, rings, mushroom/pommel horse and trampoline.

Intro CanGym

Level 1 - 2 | 1.5 Hours/Class

In this co-ed class, your gymnast will roll, leap, and hop their way into the FUNdamentals of gymnastics! Here they will be introduced to the fundamental movement patterns: landings, stationary positions, rotations, locomotions, swings, and springs.

Beginner CanGym

Levels 3 – 4 | 1.75 Hours/Class

Your gymnast will be challenged with new fundamental skills in this beginner co-ed class. Each gymnast will develop their skills on various apparatus such as uneven bars, balance beam, floor, vault, parallel bars, high bars, rings, mushroom/pommel horse and trampoline.

CanGym Girls

Novice CanGym | Level 5 - 6 | 1.75 Hours/Class

Your gymnast will jump, leap, and soar as they continue to develop their skills on the four events in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics:  floor, beam, bars and vault. Here, gymnasts will progress to new heights while working on challenging new skills and progressions.

Intermediate CanGym | Level 7 - 8 | 2 Hours/Class

Gymnasts will progress to new heights while working on challenging new skills and progressions in this Intermediate CanGym class (recommended 2 days/week).

Advanced CanGym | Level 9+ | 2 Hours/Class

Here, gymnasts will work on complex skills and combinations as they complete the final badges in the CanGym Program  (recommended 2 days/week).

CanGym Boys

Advanced CanGym | Level 5+ | 2 Hours/Class

In this class, gymnasts will continue to develop their skills, focusing on the six events in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics:  floor, pommel horse, parallel bars, high bar, rings and vault. Here, gymnasts will progress to new heights while working on challenging new skills and progressions.
